At Lone Star Foundry, every coin ring, hobo nickel, and custom engraved Zippo is made to order from start to finish. Because each piece begins with genuine coinage or a genuine Zippo lighter, processing times vary by product type.

Processing Time

Coin Rings: Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks for processing before shipment. Coin rings require additional time to source the appropriate coin, form the ring, size it, polish it, and complete a final quality inspection.

Hobo Nickels: Please allow approximately 3 business days for processing before shipment. Each hobo nickel is engraved and inspected before it is packaged and shipped.

Custom Engraved Zippos: Please allow approximately 3 business days for processing before shipment. Each Zippo is engraved, finished, and inspected before shipping.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is complete and on its way.

Shipping Method

Orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail, depending on the size, weight, and value of the order. Once shipped, U.S. orders generally arrive within 3–5 business days.

International Orders

International shipping is available to select countries. Transit times and customs processing vary by destination. Any applicable import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges are the responsibility of the customer.
